An art base with many options (fluff, tails, horns, mouths, plates eyes, etc!) made by yours truly! with over 30 individual features to customize with, the sky's the limit! embrace your inner menace, and be a kobold today!!

tested in photoshop and proceate, should be compatable in any program that can handle psd files with a lot of layers

RULES:

1. No redistributing! This includes the files, putting the art on merch, etc.

2. Do NOT remove my signature from your final creation, please!

3. You may edit the lines however you need to! Just as long as i'm still credited, you're good to go!

4. If you commission someone else for fills, line edits, etc, they MUST have a personal copy!
